Greater Good Event: Forgiveness and Gratitude
This special one-day seminar, held September 25th at the International House on the UC Berkeley campus, will feature presentations by two of the world's leading experts on forgiveness and gratitude, Frederic Luskin and Robert Emmons. Dr. Luskin will lead the seminar, teaching participants the "Nine Steps to Forgiveness" training methodology he has validated through successful studies at the Stanford Forgiveness Projects. Dr. Emmons will discuss the profound benefits that come from practicing gratitude, and he will highlight research-tested methods for boosting gratitude in everyday life.

The event is part of Greater Good's "Science of a Meaningful Life" seminar series. Special thanks to the Quality of Life Foundation for its generous grant supporting these seminars. Attendees will receive continuing education credits. Register here.

Paul Ekman in Conversation with Pico Iyer
On Tuesday, April 7, Greater Good editorial board member Paul Ekman will be appearing in San Francisco for a public conversation with author Pico Iyer about the Dalai Lama.
